What is everyone doing for training this week for the Ft Desoto this coming Saturday? I feel like I cannot slack off too much this week.

Dave-- check your YTri email...... I sent the taper workouts for this week, but Dawn can definitely help you to tweak them based on you, individually! She is the GURU!!!
